Wedding Pricelist
1. Our first comprehensive package starts at only £350. This includes us meeting and discussing your requirements, photography of the rings at your home (a week before the big day), shots of guests arriving, the ceremony, congratulations, group shots and at least 15 minutes of relaxed romantic shots of the couple alone in a garden. Approximately forty edited images will be presented on a CD or DVD for viewing on PC / TV and with copyright allowing the edited images to be printed at a laboratory of your choice.
2. Our second package includes us meeting and discussing your requirements, photography of the rings at your home (a week before the big day), shots of guests arriving, the ceremony, congratulations, group shots, at least 15 minutes of relaxed romantic shots of the couple alone in a garden and we can photograph a staged cake-cutting (if the reception venue is nearby). Approximately forty edited images will be professionally printed and mounted in a 10" album. This is very competitively priced at £500.
3. Our most popular package is identical to 2, however the album is a 12” (30cm) square photo-book where images are printed on photographic paper so you have your own dedicated book. This album consists of your favourite 50 images over 28 pages; front and back covers and 26 pages inside. This package is only £600

TRAVEL/ACCOMMODATION – We travel to all UK locations. Mileage at 50p per mile will be charged for distances outside a 20 mile radius from Plymstock (PL9), Plymouth, Devon. Please use the AA website (www.theaa.com) to calculate the mileage.
There is a charge of £50 for all central London venues when a paid car park is used. For venues in excess of 120 miles from Plymouth, a 1-night hotel stay will be levied and for venues in excess of 200 miles a 2-nights hotel stay will be levied. For venues in Scotland – scheduled air flight + transfer to/from venues will be levied. European venues can be discussed.
PAYMENT
To book my services for your wedding day, please contact me to check availability. If I am available and you wish to book then I will send you a booking form, which you will need to complete and post back to me along with a non-refundable fee of £100 (this amount will be deducted from your final costs).
Unfortunately due to the volume of enquiries for every weekend of the year I cannot hold your wedding date until I have received the booking form and deposit payment.
The final balance is required at least thirty days before your wedding (by cash or cheque)
CANCELLATIONS
Should you need to cancel your booking, please contact me as soon as possible. If you cancel your appointment within 6 weeks of the wedding date, a charge of 50% of the total booking will be charged.
Cancellations within 10 days of your wedding date will be charged in full. Please note that in addition to this your deposit fee is non refundable. I ask that any cancellations are made via telephone AND email where possible to save any confusion. Please note: payment of a deposit and sending a signed booking form means that you accept these terms.
