Mary & Mike
Mary and Mike tied the knot at Plymouth Register Office on a late September day that was cool and dry with the occasional guest appearances from the sun. Mike and best-man, Rick, arrived looking suitably dapper in Prince Edward suits of navy-blue frock coats and champagne waistcoats. Mary was stunning in a strapless satin full-length gown with subtle embroidered detailing. Michelle, the bridesmaid, was lovely in a burgundy 3/4 satin dress with detailing that matched her Mum's. The male Scottish contingent turned up sporting black tartan kilts and Prince Charlie jackets. Without exception, everybody had made a real effort and looked very smart.
A coach was arranged to take all the guests away to the reception, while the bride and groom spent a little time walking on Plymouth Hoe, and posing for photos.
After the ceremony, Mary & Mike were whisked away in a very long white Lincoln Towncar limousine (from Westcountry Limos & Cars) to the New Continental Hotel to relax and celebrate.
