Maria & Scott

Maria & Scott made a trip from Staffordshire to Plymouth with friends and family to get married on the 4th November. Most guests stayed at The Invicta Hotel on The Hoe, just across the road from Plymouth Register Office. Scott and best-man, Robert, sported white ‘Officer & Gentleman’ suits, pale blue waistcoats with a dark blue tie and buttonhole.
The three bridesmaids wore ‘Sheffield Wednesday FC’ blue satin gowns with cream bouquets.
The ‘Prima Donna’ today was Maria in a stunning ballerina gown with bejewelled bodice and a veil that the wind simply would not let go of. This lively piece of lace was held in Maria’s hair with a white jewelled tiara that matched her bib necklace. Her bouquet was a dark-blue and cream mix surrounding a gorgeous white lily.
Transport from the hotel to the wedding venue was supplied by Chauffeur Driven Executive Cars (www.luxurydrive.co.uk). Martin drove his beautiful new S-class Mercedes Benz limousine, which seemed to impress a lot of people.
It was difficult for me not to fill my camera of shots of three sweet toddlers all in white; Lily, William, and particularly Mr SnapCrackle&Pop’ himself, Jojo.
The reception was held at Partners Restaurant below The Invicta Hotel (www.invictahotel.co.uk)
The four tier wedding cake had travelled from Staffordshire and despite incurring an emergency stop looked amazing with its blue roses and lilies.
Despite forecasts of rain, the sun came out through white clouds and the couple had their last outside shots taken ahead of a sunset.

It was quite emotional day.
